Protected Unit Romania: Capital Clean – Take advantage of the benefits you can have and the deductible services that benefit the place where you carry out your activity through exemplary cleanliness or through pest control services, or in favor of your employees through massage, while at the same time transforming a person with disabilities from a social assistance recipient into an employee who pays contributions to the state budget.

Starting from August 21, 2020, when Law 193/2020 entered into force, amending Law 448/2006 on the protection and promotion of persons with disabilities, companies with more than 50 employees have the possibility to redirect half of the amount due to the disability fund towards services from authorized protected units.

The condition is that the products or services purchased from Authorized Protected Units must be produced exclusively within the Protected Unit through the own activity of the persons with disabilities employed within the company, eliminating intermediation of products or services. In the likely event of inspections by ANAF, if there are companies that have deducted purchases from protected units that operated under the old law (e.g., they purchased office supplies, stationery, work protection items, IT equipment, etc., manufactured in other units or countries other than the Romanian Protected Unit producer), there is a risk that they will have to pay retroactively to the state budget all the amounts spent and deducted.

What the Capital Clean Protected Unit offers you:

• Professional Cleaning Services on a subscription basis with daily presence or with the frequency necessary for the workplace to always be at high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. We primarily address office spaces, industrial halls, warehouses, laboratories, chains of stores, showrooms.
• Professional and Authorized Services of DISINSECTION, DERATIZATION, DISINFECTION are performed in accordance with current legislation and with respect to the application norms for each intervention. In addition to the Protected Unit operating authorization, we hold the PMB operating authorization, DSP, DSV, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. Disinfection services are carried out by nebulization or ozonation. For disinfestation services, we use atomizers, low-pressure pumps, or ULV foggers for hot fog, and for deratization, we will establish a complex action plan for enclosed and open spaces, analyzing the data observed on site.
• Massage services at the office or at corporate events – Capital Clean Up has among its main objectives the creation and development of jobs, including for persons with visual impairments specialized in massage techniques such as:

• chair massage
• therapeutic massage

• postural therapy
